Although we are not expecting AME XCEL OHSE Summit registrants  to choose to miss this experience out, If you do prefer not to go for digital solutions, your registration purchases will be refunded. We will issue a full refund for the pass or group package you purchased at the time of registration. We will contact you directly to get your bank details so we can make payment back. A confirmation email and refund receipt will be emailed to you when we have completed the refund. If you do not receive a refund email by 30 April, 2020, please contact contact@xcel-hse.com

Please note that refunds only concerns registrations confirmed before the 10 March, 2020

Please contact your hotel directly to cancel your booking.

No, AME XCEL OHSE Summit will not provide reimbursement for airfare and/or hotels that were booked to attend Summit. Many airlines and hotels are offering flexible refund options at this time due to the COVID-19 situation. Please contact your airline and hotel directly to review options.

NO, but we will continue to monitor the global health situation. At this time, we are not planning any IN-PERSON event as we do not compromise our attendees Health and Safety. But we won’t make you miss the OHSE experience making chance. Details will be shared as soon as we’re able to change our plans for 2020 and 2021.
